From March 6 to March 31, 2022, Emkan Gallery in Tehran, in collaboration with mohit.art, hosted an exhibition featuring a selection of photobooks from the Deutscher Fotobuchpreis 2021. As part of this event, Dastras contributed a short video that briefly explores the history of photography in relation to photobooks, as it is experienced in Iran, and talks about the potential of the photobooks for the country.
